AeroParts Now is currently seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead global sales strategy, activities, and operations. Our mission is to make commerce easy for aerospace with our innovative technology platform, and we’re looking for a proven sales leader with business-to-business enterprise experience to identify and build our customer portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior aerospace sales executive to help shape the future of aviation commerce. As the head of our sales organization, you’ll collaborate with leadership, marketing and technology teams to identify and close business opportunities with companies across the aviation industry. This role reports to the CEO of AeroParts Now in Savannah, GA. Manage and drive AeroParts Now’s global sales efforts, overseeing military, commercial, and general aviation
Report directly to CEO
Define and achieve KPI goals for new customer opportunities and acquisition
Identify and evaluate new opportunities and emerging industries/companies
Lead all business development activity including new business and existing relationships
Responsible for international clients which could require occasional travel abroad
10+ years in an aerospace sales role with proven track record of closing sales
Experience selling in business-to-business enterprise environments
Substantial book of contacts across the aerospace industry
Experience leading major business development efforts
Ability to lead and manage sales team
Prior experience as vice president or head of sales in aerospace industry
Strong background in business development and new deal origination
Highly motivated self-starter
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
Experience selling enterprise software solutions a plus
Government sales experience a plus
